such a lovely practice, my guinea pig Russell (left) just underwent surgery here and i felt so involved and i knew exactly what was going to happen and risks. every member of staff has been lovely and they clearly care a lot about animals, my other guinea pig was very scared (he was there to make russell more comfortable) and they called me right away and voiced there concern not only making sure russell (left) was okay after his surgery but also rupert (right) was comfortable and happy. thanks so much!!!!

I love Acorn house. I’ve only been with them a short while but in that time I’ve never had an issue. I do though feel if I did they would deal with it with care a compassion. Their staff an amazing and friendly. The reception staff are seconds to none and are always there to greet you with a smile. It’s like they can’t do enough to help you. The vets I’ve dealt with again are kind, compassionate and very understanding. They have it so right how they treat their clients. Well done. ❤️

We having been using Acorn for our dogs since 2001 (with a short break between pets). They have always provided a caring and compassionate service; they have been realistic about options with elderly animals, always prioritising quality of life. We have always felt that they are on the same page as us. We have opted for a monthly payment plan with our latest rescue dog - vaccinations, worm and flea treatments are included so we can enjoy regular consultations and be reassured that he gets an annual MOT with Henry at vaccination time. We will continue with Acorn for as long as we have pets.

I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing experience we had with Acorn House recently when our little dog Bailey had to have eye surgery and a dental scale and polish. The day of the surgery was positive and well managed and we had our boy home quickly. Unfortunately he was anxious and unsettled afterwards and managed to get his stitch out. All staff were amazing, patient and very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a massive shout out and huge thank you to Rebecca Bostock at Acorn vets! My dog was neutered today and I've been super nervous leading upto it, she was thoughtful, caring and completely put me at ease, requests were made and listened to as well. She related to me on a personal level which is a skill a lot of people lack in tough situations! Give the lady a pay rise, she is an absolute credit to your practice! Thanks so much Rebecca, I honestly can't thank you enough for looking after my dog so well!
