Always friendly, always ts easy to get an appointment. Open and zoned inviting waiting area. Vets are helpful and willing to give you time. Happy to explain things again. I even got a follow up email outlining my care plan and options. So lucky to have you just around the corner.

Terrible and distressing experience. We’ve been with this vet for 7 years, but over the last year they’ve become completely money-focused. We were given misleading advice regarding our dogs ACL injury, told we needed to pay £6000 for surgery immediately with no real explanation for the injury or the treatment. We went to a physiotherapist for a second opinion who gave clear and helpful explanations, a thorough treatment plan which resolved the issue, for a fraction of the cost. However, the most significant issue, is that the passing of our dog was handled appallingly. I would urge anyone not to trust them with their pets, especially as such a heart breaking time. We have never not paid a bill in the 7 years, even when it’s been tough, so the sudden prioritisation of money over compassion felt totally uncalled for. They sent us the bill asking for payment for his passing within minutes of us leaving, whilst pushing his empty stroller home. Despite seeming completely insensitive timing we paid immediately. They also said they would email the cremation options within 2 days. They then took 8 days to send us a bill for cremation — and they chose to send it on a Saturday afternoon. Then, less than 24 hours later at 9am on a Sunday morning, we got a cold phone call demanding payment, while our dog’s body was effectively held hostage until we paid. It felt cruel and transactional. Totally ruining a family occasion for us all. Where had our poor boy been for the last two weeks since he passed? We had been told he would go off straight away and be back in a couple of weeks. The receptionist couldn’t tell us where he was. All she said was “it’s protocol” and that we could complain if we wanted — showing absolutely no compassion. Alba, the vet, had shown such care and warmth during his passing, we felt comfortable leaving him with her. Now we felt that he was just a way of making money for this company, and that care stopped once we left the building. No one should ever be treated this way, especially when they’re already heartbroken over losing their beloved pet. Absolutely shameful.

Absolutely amazing care & brilliant staff, the whole team from reception staff, nurses, vets and everyone else that makes this team work so well. We've been using these vets since our dog, Seamus, was a puppy and he's now 8. Most recently he had a teeth clean, we were initially worried about the general anesthetic but the team were so well informed and happy to advise us that it put us totally so at ease so we decided to go ahead with it. The whole process from first booking to the aftercare and updates on the day to was amazing, excellent communication. Our dog ended up needing 4 teeth out and I had 3 calls from a nurse (and one conversation with a vet) on the day to keep me informed of his well-being and to explain the need for his treatment. We felt so secure and happy that he was being loved and cared for as a family member. The bill was also a lot less than we had anticipated which I think is another measure of their professionalism and love for animals. In essence, a brilliant professional vets that we are so grateful for and very happy to recommend. 5 stars!

First of all big shout out to Sharon and Saphire, they are so lovely. Wanted to cuddle them. Love this vet praxis and already my second time here. Unlike many others in London here they pick up the phone and are super friendly! Gets better, they even have appointments on short notice or within a few days. Alba the Spanish vet is a real gem too. Our Cat Kuhni was very at ease. Having great employees like these really shines through and makes it an experience to remember.

Love this vets, the receptionists are great and the vet was so helpful. Went in to disuss my dog's stomach troubles, we worked on a plan that wouldn't be too expensive for me and my dog got anti-inflammatory meds that helped her enormously. She's now right as rain!
