Ark house has been very good to my dog who became very sick they were helpful with how they handled things with my dog 1 they explained everything to me 2 letting me stay with my dog through out the day before we left for the cardio team in Hitchin meaning my dog was kept calm because I was allowed to stay then my 2nd dog got infection again they were there for us again thank you everyone at Ark House for the support 😀

Ark House took such good care of my very poorly cat and left no stone unturned when considering his treatment. With their help and excellent care, he started to bounce back and I'm so hugely grateful. Thank you so much to the whole team who were caring, understanding, kind, compassionate and they all stayed an hour late one evening just to help my very sick cat. What truly amazing people you all are xx

Last visit to ark house was for a booster jab for my pup Reception was friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was lovely making pup feel relaxed and fussed him before distracting him with liver paste whilst giving his jab which he didn't even notice overall it was a ten out of ten from me

The staff are so kind and caring. Had to have my cat put to sleep at the weekend and the staff involved were so caring and showed so much kindness it made the process easier. The aftercare also shown was a lovely touch. Each visit has been outstanding and it's clear that its not all about making money as some places can be but providing the best care they possibly can
