5 stars are not enough to describe it! We received such incredible care for Ivor during his inpatient stay. He was looked after by 5 vets and 3 nurses and each one was incredible. My sister and brother-in-law are vets and whenever they suggested something to be extra thorough it had actually already been done by the team at Henlow Veterinary Hospital. Each person was caring, thorough and explained things so well. We loved the phonecalls from our lovely weekend nurse to update us on him and it really brought us comfort. She clearly got to know and understand Ivor in a short space of time and did extra thoughtful things to make him comfortable. The whole team were apologetic about the costs of vet care but honestly for their skills and experience I think it is more than deserved and reasonable. My sister mentioned the costs are lower at this independent practice than they are at her corporate practice in a much cheaper part of the UK. We will never forget the team for saving our little dog who is like a family member to us. We highly recommend the practice. Thank you Henlow Veterinary Hospital you are awesome. Picture of Ivor on his return home, having eaten, drunk, toileted, played and had his medications! Back to his usual self it seems and we very much hope.

I love this practice. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The vets remember Lando. Having an out of hours hospital is just amazing. It’s so reassuring knowing that if we have an emergency, he will be seen by vets who have access to to his full history.

The best vets ever. So professional and careing. Always been put at ease. Appointments always accomodated. Always happy to help with advice. Our pets are lucky to have a fantastic place to go.

We "inherited" Henlow Vets when we adopted Rosie (formerly Candice!), and later Lulu (formerly Blue Bear) from Accolade Hounds. They have been absolutely brilliant with the dogs, can't fault them, especially when Rosie refuses her kennel cough treatment.

I want to share a huge thank you to our amazing vets, who have always made us feel completely reassured that my two cats are in the best possible hands. Every visit has been calm, caring, and professional. But this past Friday truly showed just how compassionate the team is. Before her appointment, my cat had a seizure and became extremely distressed, even urinating in her carrier. My partner had to bring her in while also looking after our toddler, and the staff immediately stepped in to help (apologies we didn’t get their name). They not only cared for our cat with such gentleness, but they also cleaned both her and the carrier so she could go home more comfortable and clean. This small act made an enormous difference during an incredibly stressful moment. A heartfelt thank you to the staff member who helped him, your kindness made the situation so much easier for our family. We are genuinely grateful for everything you do. 🤍

The team at Henlow vets are amazing, always go out their way to help and are super friendly. Even when we've had to take our dog there for an emergency at 3 am. They were at the end of the phone, reassured us and the vet was there within 15 minutes so they could see him.
