It was our first time at the vets and we were super impressed, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our kittens didn’t get stressed out at all and they all made a lovely fuss over them. Would recommend to others 👍🏻

Medivet in marston were great, my puppy suddenly became poorly, he wasn't registered with medivet but they were so supportive and saw him on the same day. They were professional and helpful, the vet, nurse and reception team were all very lovely and friendly. We are now registered with them and will definitely be using them again.

We was very happy with the service we received. Our dog was in need of last minute urgent treatment and thankfully they could accommodate us at very short notice. The receptionist and the vet were both professional but kind.

I’ve sadly had to attend this vet’s surgery twice in the past year under very difficult circumstances, as both of my dogs have passed away. The care and empathy shown by the staff on both occasions has been exceptional. When I phoned about my younger dog’s passing, the team were incredibly supportive, taking control of the practical matters so I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or costs at that time. A few days later, when they followed up to take payment, they were thoughtful and kind, asking how I’d like to be notified about the ashes and offering further support. Although I know this is their job, it is clear that the staff truly care. They deliver a gold-standard service, not just because it’s their profession, but because they genuinely want to help people during such difficult times. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and support, and I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. All the doctors and nurses are incredibly friendly and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Kate & Dr. Jacky. They are full of love and patience, and always takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate the care and attention given to my pet. Highly recommended!
