On Wednesday, 22nd October, we said goodbye to our beautiful boy, Charlie, and I want to express my deepest thanks to Vet Carla and Vet Nurse Beth. They were simply incredible — calm, kind, and quietly reassuring from the moment they arrived. They took the time to explain every step to us with such gentleness and compassion. Nothing was rushed, and they made sure that we were entirely ready to let our beautiful boy go. Their care and respect for him — and for us — made an unbearably difficult moment feel peaceful and dignified. Carla and Beth showed what true compassion in veterinary care looks like. Travelled all the way from south wales UK to Potton vets to have my dogs PennHip test! Alan is certified and qualified to carry out this specialist imaging, not many vets in the UK do this. Alan and his team were very friendly and professional and we got our results back very quickly. Many thanks ☺️

I can not thank Potton Vets enough for the care and treatment they have provided to my dog. They go above and beyond to ensure my dog is well cared for, and they really do show they love what they do. They talk you through everything and make sure you are happy with the process. You are welcomed in to a calm reception area, and not only am I greeted, my pooch is too. I could go on and on for all the positives for this vet surgery, as it really is outstanding. Thank you for everything Potton Vets!

I have two dogs who have been well looked after by Potton Vets. The care offered is second to none and I have never felt pressured into accepting tests or treatments that I did not wish my dogs to have. Potton vets are further away from us than several surgeries that have been taken over by larger, target oriented, profit driven companies. I very much value that Potton Vets remains independent and I hope that they remain so.

Potton vets is the best vets I’ve ever used the staff are friendly and know us by name . They have been so helpful with all my dogs and the care is exceptional and the end of life care we have received made the whole thing more bearable love them 🩵
