Martha has had numerous visits to Easingwold and Ripon, where all staff roles have been kind, professional and compassionate. Surgery at Ripon, communication has been excellent, above and beyond by the Surgeons. I'm grateful for the dedication, skill and warmth of everyone involved for Martha's surgery, care and recovery. We lost our great dane Milo to bloat a few weeks ago whilst on holiday in North Yorkshire. We rushed him to Bishopton vets and they treated him and ourselves with great respect and sympathy but unfortunately there was little they could do for Milo and we wouldn't let him suffer so let him go peacefully to sleep. Bishopton's handled everything from arranging a pet cremation to sorting out the insurance claim and made things as easy for us as they could during a very emotional time. My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner offering us sympathy and support.

First class after care and reassurance given from Laura and the team upon Leo’s review for Stitch removal. Leo’s journey so far from consultation over the phone, to surgery and extended recovery with the best team, delivering bespoke aftercare to bridge the gap geographical with regular updates using the pet app. Leo continues to thrive in his recovery, all thanks to the early intervention of physical and mental simulation provided by the amazing hospital team.I’ll update on next review regrading ‘ hydrotherapy’ success 🙈. Maybe his Tom Daley pose will result in being a fur ball swimmer.

We have used Bishopton for many years now and they have seen us through many pets as well as all our farm animal health. Today having our 11 month old poodle cross spayed was so stress free and faultless. They gave a perfect and informative pre op appointment yesterday and today they kept us informed and treated our Pip as though she was their own. We are back in a couple of days for post op and then again at 10 days. That's all included in the cost which was under £300 with the care plan. I wouldn't leave the life of our beloved pets in any one else's hands. Thanks again Bishopton for making such a hard day so much easier. Pip back at home now and doing so well. ❤️ 🐾

Amazing as always & helpful! We had to pick up medication for our dog (Chunk) who has leg spasticity, my partner ordered the meds late and they weren't ready to collect but the team managed to rush to get them ready despite the vets and nurses being very busy at the time, while we waited Chunk enjoyed some time in the grounds rolling in the grass enjoying the sun after his hydrotherapy session. Such a nice place with the best staff and always a pleasure to visit. Thankyou for always going above and beyond for our little man, ourselves and Chunk are forever thankful. ❤️🐶🐾
