My dog had a small lump. Took him to hunts she took a schringe then said it looks fine just keep an eye on it, I did it was bigger I went back they charged £300 to schringe & send off, week later they said cancer cells it will need removing, appt was made for surgery at one of there branches on the morning I’d followed all their instructions, the vet said she won’t remove it and charged me £50 for referral.. firstly it should have been removed when first seen, .. on phoning this other vet they wont £500 to do what hunts did which I’d already paid for… incompetent just students all about the money, to think I’ve been with them for years paying them but when you need real help they say they can’t do it unbelievable!

The vets in Woodley were kind enough to let us quickly visit as they were closing this morning as our dog had a suspected tick that wouldn't come off. The vet was really thorough and caring, we really appreciated their time! Rosie said thanks for the treats!
