- Vaccinations and first/early visits go smoothly: owners mention yearly injections/vaccines and first kitten visits, with staff handling nervous or “moody” pets well. - Communication and follow-up: examples include a vet phoning after an appointment to gather more information and then prescribing parasite prevention; another review notes thorough answers to questions during a check-up. - Cat-friendly waiting setup: a separate waiting room/area for cats and small animals away from dogs is specifically praised.

Paid a lot of money for nothing. The vet failed to diagnose flea infestation. Paid £120 just for a check-up. Not recommended.

Friendly and informative staff Took our Jackapoo in for yearly injections, she's a bit moody (the Jackapoo, not the vet 😆) staff dealt with her really well Definitely recommend

We got our new kitten on the Sunday , she was two months old, my daughter advised me about medivet but my local one was closed so I went to the next nearest in Biggleswade, they futted me in on the Tuesday at a convenient time for me . Really lovely receptionist and vets, very helpful and they fell in love with our kitten Tuppence. Great service, medivet plan was a no brainer, all in all a pleasant experience for all involved and would recommend them without hesitation.

I took Millie, my newly adopted rescue cat to Medivet in Biggleswade as I had used them for a previous cat & found them very efficient & caring . Gemma the new vet examined Millie & found her to be healthy but needed some adjustment to her diet. My cat seemed happy there so I signed her up to the Health Plan. Gemma phoned me for more info & prescribed medication to prevent fleas & worms. I am very satisfied with Millie’s treatment

Went in for my cat's yearly vaccinations and check-up. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful and Craig, the vet was so lovely to my cat and listened to any concerns and questions I have and answered them thoroughly. Very happy.
