The team who looked after Fig for her spay were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they gave her so much love and plenty of cuddles, which helped her feel safe and comfortable during the whole process. It was clear they truly cared about her wellbeing. Fantastic service. Our dog needed a lump removed and stitched up. Everything went perfectly, we got him back in a couple of hours along with medication and comprehensive instructions for after care. We also use this vets for flea and worm treatment. Never had any problems with the services they provide and the prices are always reasonable.

Cat spayed here went wrong needed up needing specialist care due to the fact they severed the tube connecting to a kidney, on arrival they had gave us our sedated cat to take to a specialist, told us to keep her warm and ‘good luck’, despite their negligence (which luckily they paid for) we did not get the chance to meet the vet who had performed the procedure and only found out the proper details from the specialist we then went too. This is not the only pet who has not received adequate care, as we had a dog last year who was sent home still visibly unwell who later passed away.

They are amazing. They fixed all the problems caused by Acorn in Bedford. They saved our puppy almost killed by overdose at Acorn.

When our much loved little rabbit suddenly lost the use of her back legs we brought her to these vets, they where gentle and kind with her, unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to help, however the vet and all the staff where very supportive and kind to myself and my son, they also sent us a beautiful condolences card as well. Would definitely recommend this vet for your rabbits.

Companion Care have been looking after my Dog since he was a puppy back in 2020. The majority of the visits have been fantastic, the reception staff are fantastic under pressure in their extremely busy roles. The surgery's reception staff are prompt to respond to emails and to answer phone calls. They also are great at liaising between the clinical staff and the pet owners. Special mention to Dr Cody Wells who recently treated my Dog under sedation as my Dog is big, strong and very anxious at the Vets! Dr Wells was very patient, empathetic and presented excellent knowledge clinical. The whole team were excellent.

These have been our vets since we first got our Chocolate Labrador Willow in 2014 as a puppy and throughout our time using them, they have been amazing. Not only did we use them for our usual check ups and vaccination boosters, but we used them for Willows operations including spaying and recently for lumpectomies, and they have been great! Recently we used them for support with exporting Willow to our new home in Dubai and they have been so so supportive with all the documentation requirements, often having to do things multiple times due to unclear instructions from the export agent, but every time they have been friendly, professional and proactive in their timings on providing updated documents. I would highly highly recommend Companion Care Vets Bedford to anyone!!

A wonderful Team who are caring and supportive. Excellent with my fur baby who had an injury, saw her within half hour of sending the images via WhatsApp and operated the next day. Thank you for your help 🐈♥️
