My cat was seen by a vet on 23rd Sept. She was lame. The vet missed a cut which turned into a huge abscess within 18 hours of the appointment but Ark House Vets want to charge me for a re-examination fee as they say that the cut which caused the abscess occurred after the first vets appointment which was only 18 hours before. My cat has not been outside since she came home from the vets. The vet missed the injury but is now trying charging me for an additional consultation after charging me £130 two days previously when the injury should have been spotted. I would rather pay a new vet an emergency consultation fee to see her than pay the sharks at Ark House Vets in Leighton Buzzard again. I'm really angry that they think they can get away with this.

I rang Ark house regarding my dog and was asked to send photos .They responded so quickly and she was seen the same day. Thank you so much for seeing her so quickly and is now on the mend. I would definitely recommend Ark house

As always Ark House are so kind, professional and just a lovely team. Had to have my gorgeous boy Milo put to sleep and Becky was just brilliant! She also saw Murphy on Saturday and immediately knows he’s nervous so spends time with him. Would not go anywhere else and highly recommend them!

Ark house have the most amazing Vets on board here. They are meticulous in everything they do from the receptionists through to the senior Vets. They have been there for us as a family for 36 years and treatment from a hamsters needing jabs to our dog needing the snip through to the unthinkable our cat being seriously ill and team at Ark House saving his life, because of all these qualities we wouldn't take our animals anywhere else.
