Bit of a delayed review but thought it would be worthwhile to share nonetheless. During Covid, they insisted on performing a check up on our border collie outdoors in the pitch black January evening with a torch and no medical equipment at all (despite charging full price). She was misdiagnosed as having a slipped disk when she in fact had cancer in the back of her skull (which she ultimately sadly needed to be put down for) - something that was only discovered when we took her to a different vets who took her indoors for a proper scan. A waste of money and prolonged our beloved dog’s suffering for no reason.

This surgery has always given us very good service.. The staff are friendly. Our Vet Hannah gives great service and is very good with our dog's who can be intimidating to look at and some times to deal with... Prices are so much better than at most other Surgeries.. No stars if I could, unethical standards, and poor communication. I called about a cryptorchid procedure and was asked to bring my dog so that they can check and organise the process. My partner took our dog and was charged £52, only to discover that they don't even carry out the procedure! We won't be taking either of our dogs to this practice again.

We have a chronically ill cat and he requires frequent visits to the vets when he gets poorly for top ups of antibiotics and steroids, the vets and receptionists are amazing at heath & reach and they have always gone above & beyond when it comes to the care of our animals. We have never once had an unpleasant experience with anyone there. We also board them in the neighbouring cattery when we go on holiday and they are so well cared for, with their medication administered throughout. It's great peace of mind to know that they're round the corner from the vets should anything happen when we are away. For these reasons, wherever we go we will always keep them in with heath & reach, they just understand how much our animals mean to us and it shows in everything they do.

Lovely surroundings, plenty of parking and most importantly my cat and I had a great experience with a wonderful vet today who discussed his care regarding his skin allergy. Knowledgeable and really nice to talk to. Thank you for all you do ☺️

Friendly and helpful staff and vets. Each time we have used them the vet has listened to what we have to say, our boy doesn't like certain things and will make it known too, but once we explained to the vet he has always been treated according to what we said and there have never been any issues. The surgery was very busy last time we visited and we did have to wait for a while but we were advised and it did show that the surgery was a popular one. Highly recommend this surgery 👌
