I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The doctor takes care of my two cats and I know they are in the best possible hands. Outstanding knowledge, experience and a very clear, professional approach – a true master of his profession. The veterinary assistant is an absolute angel, kind and caring, and the reception staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. An amazing team you can trust completely.

Should be a 0 stars review for mr. Roman and his lack of competence and care, but the reception staff and the nurse were always nice and polite, so it is not the lowest, only thanks to the other members of staff.

Absolutely terrible service I rang up and they couldn’t find my registered pet on their system, they receptionist was very rude and wasn’t being helpful when trying to book my dog in. I rang them again at 6pm as my dog was feeling worse and they said no vet was in even tho they close at 7pm. The receptionist had zero interest in my dog’s welfare and was unhelpful trying to find an alternative solution. If you value your dog’s health I would recommend somewhere els.

To put it simply, do not use!! Rude staff. Charges that are not necessary. Complete lack of care for the animals. My two dogs were rushed through their appointment and were not checked over thoroughly at all. Disappointing as St Albans team are lovely!!

Absolutely wonderful vet. I’ve never known a dog love to go to the vets! All the staff are so lovely, knowledgeable and welcoming. I’m delighted to have this gem local to me, but if I ever move, I’ll more than happily travel to keep them as our vet.

Doctor Roman and the team are brilliant. They took care of my dog for the last 5 years of her life and every single visit was super professional and friendly. Definitely a clinic you can rely on - always helpful. We now registered our new pup with the clinic and we know she's in the best hands possible.

I had a great experience when I brought my dog, Mango, in to have her stitches removed. After a bad experience with vets in the past, I was a bit nervous, but the team here was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They took great care of Mango, making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and expertise. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for compassionate and skilled care! Thank you very much 🙏🏻
